Your Health Medical
For many people, medical coverage is the most important component of the Charming Shoppes benefit program. Charming Shoppes offers two Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) options, both with comprehensive preventive, hospital, medical, x-ray and lab, and surgical benefits. When you elect medical coverage, you automatically receive prescription drug coverage. If you are an eligible Associate, you can cover yourself and your eligible dependents.
Dental
Regular, professional dental care is not only essential to good health, but it also can prevent serious or costly problems. That‘s why Charming Shoppes provides dental plans to eligible associates that cover preventive dental services in full with no deductible. The plans cover basic and major services and include orthodontia. When you enroll, you may also elect coverage for eligible dependents.
Vision
Taking care of your eyesight is an essential part of your overall healthcare. That‘s why Charming Shoppes offers vision coverage. Eligible associates and their dependents can choose from two vision benefit options. top

Your Home Life Paid Time Off (PTO)
In addition to six paid holidays, Charming Shoppes offers all full-time Associates a Paid Time Off (PTO) program that offers flexibility when scheduling time away from work. PTO allotment is based on years of service and level in the Company.
Adoption Assistance
Adoption Assistance benefits are available to all full-time Associates with at least one year of service. Charming Shoppes will reimburse a portion of the agency fees, legal costs and other eligible expenses incurred as a result of an adoption.
Pet Insurance
Your pet is a valuable and beloved member of your family. Charming Shoppes offers several plan options that cover medical treatments and surgeries for your pet‘s accidents and illnesses. All Associates are eligible to participate. top

Your Peace of Mind Life Insurance
Charming Shoppes provides you with Life Insurance in the amount of two times your annual base pay at no cost to you. You also have the chance to buy supplemental life insurance for yourself, your spouse (or eligible domestic partner), and your children.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D)
AD&D Insurance is included with your life insurance coverage. AD&D Insurance pays your beneficiary an additional benefit equal to two times your annual base pay if you die as the result of a covered accident. This benefit is in addition to Basic Life Insurance. You may also purchase personal AD&D Insurance for yourself and/or your family that pays benefits in addition to the Company-paid AD&D insurance.
Disability
Charming Shoppes provides an important source of income to protect you and your family from financial hardship if you become disabled and cannot work, due to a non-work-related illness or injury. All full-time Associates are eligible for Company-paid Short-term Disability coverage.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Charming Shoppes offers eligible Associates a confidential, free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that helps you handle work, home, personal, and/or family issues.
Auto and Home Insurance
Charming Shoppes has partnered with one of America‘s leading insurers to offer low, competitive group rates, which are not available to the general public. All Associates can take advantage of one–stop shopping for auto, home and renter‘s insurance. top

Your Financial Health 401k Retirement Savings Plan
All Associates age 21 or older are eligible to join the Charming Shoppes 401(k) plan on the first of the month following one full month of active service. Your savings are deducted from your pay before current Federal income tax–so you pay less in taxes and save more.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
Charming Shoppes gives you an attractive opportunity to own a piece of the Company by providing a discount on our company stock and paying all fees related to the purchase of the stock. All Associates age 18 and older can join the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) as of the first of the quarter after 90 days of service.
Tuition Assistance
The Charming Shoppes Tuition Assistance Program reimburses you up to $3,000 per calendar year for approved courses. All full–time Associates with one year of service are eligible for the program.
Mortgage Assistance Program
Charming Shoppes offers mortgage assistance programs for Associates looking to purchase a home or refinance a current mortgage. The programs include specialized individual service and unique discounts from industry leaders. top

Your Convenience Healthcare Flexible Spending Account
Eligible associates can contribute up to $5000 per year to the Healthcare Flexible Spending Account. Tax-free contributions to the account can be used for health care expenses including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, dental expenses, vision expenses and over the-counter-medications.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
Reimburse yourself tax-free for day care expenses for a dependent child or adult, including expenses for day care provided in your home, someone else‘s home or a day care center. Eligible associates can contribute up to $5000 per year to the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account.
Credit Union
All Charming Shoppes Associates are eligible for the convenient and money-saving services offered by the Credit Union. Take advantage of free checking, savings accounts, low interest loans and online banking.
Commuter Benefits
Charming Shoppes offers Commuter Benefits, which allow you to save money on transit and parking expenses. You contribute a certain amount each pay period–in pre–tax dollars–to a special Commuting Account that you can use to pay for all qualifying transit and parking costs. top
