Health and Well-Being
Our health plan is designed to cover most major medical expenses. Available to full-time associates, the plan is a shared-cost arrangement, with the company absorbing the majority of the cost. Prescription-drug coverage allows you to choose cost-effective generic drugs or name-brand drugs. We also have dental plans and vision plans to round out our health-plan offerings.

Twenty-four hours a day, our plan members have access to a nurse line that provides health-care information, advice, treatment options and more. We also offer plan members the option of working with a private, confidential health coach if faced with a difficult medical condition. Health coaches are available to answer confusing health-care questions, educate members on conditions and diagnoses, explain health treatment options and assist members and their families in creating a wellness routine that will allow them to take control of their health condition.
